Woven Copper Fire Pit

Everyone loves to enjoy the beauty of an outdoor fire pit.  Especially here in the south, outdoor fire pits can be utilized regularly from spring all the way through fall and even winter!  After weaving natural materials for over 20 years, I had a dream of creating a woven copper fire pit that was based on one of my sculptural art basket designs.  The result is this unique fire pit!

I am excited to offer this woven copper fire pit to my clients on a made-to-order basis.  In collaboration with Kentucky metal artist, Bill Thompson we create each piece especially for you, based on your unique needs and specifications.  Once the design is created, Bill creates the steel base and then I create the copper weaving including hand-hammered copper rhododendron leaves. The result is a stunning, unique woven copper fire pit that not only looks fabulous but will be functional for years and years to come.

Your Investment: $1895 + tax for a 36" wide.  Larger, custom sizes available.
Includes complimentary delivery within WNC, East TN and the Upstate.

Copper & Steel

Each fire pit is handcrafted by artists Matt Tommey and Bill Thompson using copper and steel, giving the piece strength, style and beauty.

Functional Art

You won't just love to use this woven copper fire pit, you'll love to look at it! Either by itself or filled with flaming coals, this beautiful fire pit exemplifies functional art at it's best.

Handmade

There's no way to cut corners here. Matt and Bill create each woven copper fire pit uniquely as a work of art. Each one is a truly special piece.

Better Over Time

One of the wonderful things about copper and steel is that the more they age, the better they look over time.  As each year passes, your woven copper fire pit will develop it's own personality!
